Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the information you send through this website. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.
Who is responsible
Wirral Media Walls is a trading name of Hepworth Digital Ltd, company number 16194921, registered in England and Wales. Hepworth Digital Ltd is the data controller for information collected through this site.
How to contact us
For anything to do with your information, email project@autoascension.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your postcode, your email address, the service you selected and whatever you tell us about the wall. There is no account to create and we do not ask for payment details.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to price the wall. That is the only reason. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to someone who has asked us for a price, and, where you go on to book, the steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
How it reaches us
The form posts to our own application, which records the enquiry and sends it on to us by email. It is not handed to a third party form service.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while we are dealing with them and for a reasonable period afterwards, so that we can pick up a conversation you return to. If you ask us to delete your enquiry we will do that.
Who else sees it
Nobody outside the business. We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third party analytics. The font is served from this domain rather than from an external font service, so loading a page does not announce your visit to anyone else.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to our using it. Email the address above and we will respond.
If you are unhappy with the way your information has been handled you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this notice changes, the updated version appears on this page.
